Shameless note: we have confirmed with the organizers of this project that, despite the language of the poster, the recruiting is open to all women-identified people between the ages of 16-24.

Engaging Girls, Changing Communities (EGCC) is a York University research project looking at how young women engage in leadership and civic activities.

The project is recruiting women for interviews about community participation and leadership roles in the urban environment.

Participants must be women-identified people aged 16-24. Interviewees will be compensated.
