This show is ALL AGES!

Mae Martin began performing comedy at the tender age of 13. Now at 23, she is celebrating a decade spent in comedy clubs by debuting her solo show “Mae Day: I’m not waving, I’m drowning.” at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, featuring opening act Maro Bernardi.

The show is a distress call mining her neurotic visions of the impending apocalypse, and her extremely personal feelings about certain celebrities. Mae is currently based in the UK, where she is steadily building momentum (she was just nominated for the UK Musical Comedy Awards, and has headlined at clubs and festivals across the country), but she is keeping one foot on Canadian soil - most recently Mae has appeared in Global Television’s “Global Comedians”, Video On Trial, and on CBC’s “Q”.
