A Michigan jail has declared the orange jumpsuit “too trendy” to be worn by its inmates, following the success of Orange is the New Black. After seeing too many civilians wearing orange jumpsuits in public, the jail changed its uniform. Inmates will now wear black and white striped jumpsuits.
