This week, over 50 Aboriginal groups across North America joined hands in signing a treaty to unify their anti-pipeline movements in the U.S. and Canada.

Fans spilled into the streets this week to celebrate Canada’s victory over the American hockey team in the World Cup, securing a spot in the semi-finals.

Justin Trudeau spoke at the U.N. this week, where he announced a deeper Canadian commitment to the international refugee crisis. World leaders exalted his participation, encouraging other countries to follow in Canada’s footsteps.

Pride Toronto offered an official apology to Black Lives Matter Toronto for their inappropriate response to BLMTO’s pride protests and Pride’s history of “anti-blackness.”
