Anna lives in Montreal, where she writes, performs, runs a zine library, and wrangles commas. Since 2000 she has been a programmer and host of Venus, a collectively-run radio show on women and music on CKUT 90.3 FM. Her writing has appeared in Geist, Matrix, $2 Comes With Mixtape, and The Journey Prize Stories 20. She is the contributing editor of The Art of Trespassing, an anthology of short stories from Invisible Publishing. Her work has also been featured on CBC Radio One, the NFB’s CitizenShift, online as part of the Kitchen Reading Series, and at performance festivals across Canada and the US, including Edgy Women in Montreal and Hysteria in Toronto. She hopes she will soon be invited to the Totally Sane And Well Adjusted Festival, but isn’t holding her breath.
