Leveraging Women’s Leadership for the 21st Century: Changing the Game

In celebration of its tenth anniversary and the global centenary of International Women’s Day, Equal Voice, an organization dedicated to promoting the election of women in Canada, is holding a summit. Students and young women under 25 can register for free! Here are some of the details:

What: Leveraging Women’s Leadership for the 21st Century: Changing the Game summit

When: Thursday March 10, 2011 & Friday March 11, 2011

Where: Government Conference Centre, Ottawa, Ontario

Cost: One day: $37.50 Two days: $75.00 Recognitions Reception: $25.00 ($10 for students and young women) Students/Seniors and Young women (under 25): Free

Registration includes breakfast and lunch on both days.

In addition to a series of plenary panels/conversations, Equal Voice will take the opportunity on the evening of Thursday, March 10th, 2011 to honour ten esteemed women and men who have paved the way for women’s current political engagement in Canada.

A youth forum on Friday afternoon featuring some young women leaders will close the event.
