“The Power of Love”

January 10th, 2008     by Stacey May Fowles     Comments

Last night I witnessed Owen Pallet (of Final Fantasy) perform a cover of Celine Dion’s “Power of Love” in honour of the launch of Carl Wilson’s new book. It was one of those magical, musical moments where you’re so awed you can’t actually believe what you’re hearing.

I couldn’t find a video of the performance (but I did find this) so I thought I’d instead share his rendition of Mariah Carey’s “Fantasy” for your viewing pleasure.
