From Here On is a community project, exploring migration stories through diasporic music and spoken word. In a city as diverse as Toronto, migrations stories are all around us. This project aims to celebrate some of these stories that shape our lives, our communities and our City.
Join multi-instrumentalist, composer and vocalist Waleed Abdulhamid and award-winning spoken word artist Lishai for a night of high energy music, dance and spoken word.
We are also happy to share the night with the immense talent of a community of artists who contributed to the album:
